In order for us to quickly and efficiently establish your live Visa/MasterCard Merchant ID, we need a copy of a voided check.  If you are transferring your account to us, we also need your 3 most recent statements in order to expedite your enrollment.

New Merchants please fax a Voided Company Check for your account to: 800-819-7682

Transferring merchants, please fax a voided check and (3) recent Merchant Statements for your current account.
